Anxiety

Anxiety comes on for a variety of reasons. Sometimes it’s a response to a temporary stress, or a constant, environmental stress. There are ways to learn to deal with the anxiety, and also to release it. Medication may be indicated to help one with anxiety. Insomnia, stomach pain and lack of focus is often a physical response to anxiety as well. When anxiety takes a toll on you, learning to decipher between what we can and can’t control is key. We will discuss this and other issues related to your anxiety and learn to cope.
