• Appointments are charged per hour. Individual appointments are $170 an hour and family is $220 for a family of 4 and $15 each additional person. Fees are subject to change.
• I am only in-network with Premera. If you would like to use your out of network benefits, you will need to pay in full for the session, and I will provide you with a monthly statement (“superbill”) which you can submit to your insurance company. Out of network benefits are generally reimbursed at a percent.
• Payment for session is due at the time of the session. This includes full payment or copays.
• I offer an optional free 10 minute phone consultation prior to your first session.
• Please call or email 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or re-schedule. The client is responsible for paying full fee for cancellations less than 24 hours in advance.
• I reserve the right to terminate therapy at any time.
