- Appointments are charged per hour. Individual appointments are $155 an hour. Couples are $175 and family is $200 for a family of 4 and $15 each additional person. Fees are subject to change.
- I have limited sliding scale slots, please inquire in person.
- I am not in-network with insurance. If you would like to use your out of network benefits, you will need to pay in full for the session, and I will provide you with a monthly statement (“superbill”) which you can submit to your insurance company. Out of network benefits are generally reimbursed at a percent.
- I work with a billing specialist who may contact you regarding your payments or insurance.
- Payment for session is due at the time of the session. This includes full payment or copays.
- I offer an optional free 10 minute phone consultation prior to your first session
- Please call or email 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or re-schedule. The client is responsible for paying full fee for cancellations not made 24 hours in advance.
- I reserve the right to terminate therapy at any time.
