About Me

I am a psychotherapist in private practice based in Seattle and Gig Harbor, Washington. I hold a Master’s of Psychology Degree from Seattle University.  I received my BA in Religious Studies from Kenyon College. My experience includes  research at the University of Washington and the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and clinical work at Harborview Outpatient Mental Health and Addictions.

In my practice, I work with people, couples and family on various issues. I have a specialty in addiction work;  I am a licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in addition to being a  Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I enjoy working with families of addicts, and addicts who are clean and sober. I also work with people on issues of depression, anxiety, stress, codependency, women’s issues, life changes, and spirituality.

I enjoy my work as a therapist, it is a pleasure to be a of service assisting my clients achieve peace and satisfaction in life.  Day to day life today can be quite a challenge, but it is a gift if we learn to change our perspective and let go of that which is no longer serving us.
