If you’re feeling stuck, unmotivated, or not like yourself, you’re not alone. Depression can make even small things feel overwhelming. Therapy can help you better understand what you’re going through and begin to feel more like yourself again.

How I Help & What To Expect

I work with individuals experiencing depression, whether it shows up as persistent sadness, low energy, lack of motivation, or emotional numbness. Together, we’ll explore what’s contributing to how you’re feeling and build practical ways to move forward at a pace that feels manageable. We’ll start with an initial conversation to understand what you’re going through and what you’re hoping for. From there, we’ll meet regularly and focus on building tools, insight, and support that help you feel more steady and capable in your day-to-day life.

Why Choose Me?

My Approach

Therapy doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to talk openly about what’s going on in your life.

In our work together, we’ll look at both the present and the past, including patterns in your thoughts, behaviors, and relationships. This can include exploring your family of origin, life experiences, and the ways those continue to shape how you feel today.

I use a combination of conversation, practical tools, and mindfulness-based techniques to help you better understand yourself and develop healthier ways of coping. I may also suggest simple reflection exercises, journaling, or other practices between sessions to support your progress.
